Ghetto Chill 7000 featured in ZymurgyCongrats to member Jon Koerber for having an article published in the January / February 2012 issue of Zymurgy, about his "Ghetto Chill 7000" project with Faultline Brewing in Sunnyvale, CA. This project was a scaled up version of his Ghetto Chill 5000 prototype, a home brew fermentation cooling box, built on a shoestring budget, and fashioned out of cardboard and a few parts from Radio Shack. Obviously the 7000 model was a little more involved, using plywood and more sophisticated building techniques, but the concept is basically the same.
